Our Country Home, Inc. Is a wholly American owned company operating in Harlan/Grabill, Indiana since 1985.

Currently, Our Country Home, Inc. operates 5 separate divisions: The Country Shops of Grabill, OCH Manufacturing, H Souder & Sons, Solar Usage Now, and S.U.N. Equinox Heating System.

The corporate office is located 5 miles northeast of Ft. Wayne, IN at: 12120 Water Street, Harlan, Indiana.

S.U.N. Equinox Heating System

The S.U.N. Equinox system was designed in a joint venture with several top individuals over a 12-month period. The heart of the system is the Rotex Sanicube atmospheric tank.  It features stainless steel heating coils imported from Germany. The heating plant is the new Quietside tankless heater that is both modulating and condensing. Two Grundfos pumps circulate the water from the atmospheric tank to either the heater or a solar pack made up of either Apricus evacuated tubes or flat plates from Solarhot USA. All of this is controlled by the SolaStat controller. We offer this dynamic water heating system with either 90 or 130 gallon storage capacity.

By linking the tanks we have the ability to design, install, and commission energy efficient, full turnkey solutions for projects such as hospitals, large accommodation facilities, sports centers and aquatic centers.

In the last 8 years, systems similar in design have been  installed into sports/aquatic centers, accommodations, hospitals, restaurants, and rest home facilities. Specific projects include, but are not limited to: The June Sports and Recreation Center, Ayers Rock Resort (440 rooms), Bathurst Hospital, Wollondilly Leisure Center, Launceston International Hotel, Nepean Hospital, Hornsby Aquatic Centre, Doherty Hotel Chain (8 off), Campbelltown Hospital, Epping Aquatic Centre, Cradle Mountain Resorts, Hurstville Hospital, Galston Aquatic Centre, Land Mark Apartments, Mudgee Hospital, Revesby Council Pool, Pyrmont Arpartments, Blayney, Snowy River Council Pool, Jindabyne Majestic Hotel, NIB Newcastle Menai Swim Academy, Wagga Hospital, RAAF Auburn Ashfield Aquatic Centre, Randwick Army Barracks And Croydon Hospital.

Hot Water Packages

Over 2000 hot water packages have been installation into Australia since 1995.

These installations have included:

-Pool heating (indoor and outdoor pools)

-Spa heating

-Domestic hot water (showers/admin/kitchen)

-Hydronic heating (infloor/space heating)

-Humidity control system air conditioning with heat recovery

-Solar fields
